Job description

Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced and team oriented Plumbing Field Supervisor to join our team.

The primary responsibilities for the Plumbing Field Supervisor would include assessing job sites, supporting plumbing install crews and ensuring jobs stay on timeline. They will also be expected to engage with customers on the jobs site to ensure we deliver a 5-star customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervisor plumbing installation crews in the field, ensuring adherence to project schedules and company standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to plumbers and apprentices during installations, troubleshooting and more.
  • Conduct daily site walks to monitor work progress, quality, compliance and specifications.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment and project deadlines
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns or project conflicts as needed.
  • Support installation crews hands-on when necessary to meet project demand

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of residential plumbing installation experience
  • Prior supervisory or lead role experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, and installation techniques
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to motivate and guide the field crews
  • Customer service approach and ability to communicate effectively with customers

Pay Transparency:  

The starting average rate for this opportunity is $65k-$150k Annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidateโ€™s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. Please note that the compensation information is a good faith estimate for this position. It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
  • May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
  • May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
  • Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
  • May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.
