Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

At KLA, we develop industry-leading semiconductor process control solutions that power innovation across the global electronics ecosystem. We're seeking a hands-on Senior Field Support Supervisorto lead field service execution and deliver exceptional customer results.

For the SPTS Toolset position, candidates should possess a strong technical foundation in electronics, RF systems, mechanical engineering, vacuum technology, and plasma processing equipment.

What You'll Do

  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while representing KLA professionally and identifying opportunities to support the broader product portfolio.
  • Provide timely technical feedback to drive continuous product improvements and enhance business processes.
  • Assure training and certification of a team of engineers
  • Develop and drive a positive, collaborative work environment and a positive leader who can develop the team
  • Learn/ Model KLA business processes and drive customer
  • Coordinaterapidresponse to critical issues and drive customer escalations to ensure a customer focused approach.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role
  • 3-5 years supporting semiconductor capital equipment
  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, particularly etch and plasma processing systems, is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills across RF, pneumatic, vacuum, and electronic systems (AC and DC), with the ability to apply structured fault isolation models
  • Working knowledge of plasma etch processes, including Bosch processing, etch rate optimization, ash rate performance, and SurfScan defect analysis.
  • Experience supporting customers through system commissioning, corrective maintenance, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance activities.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and confident presentation abilities
  • Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
