Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is currently seeking an HVAC Install Field Supervisor to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our HVAC Install Field Supervisor's are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, safety, and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of the work produced.
  • Ability to build a positive business relationship with all of our customers and vendors.
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC and process systems for residential and commercial dwellings.
  • Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs.
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and handle strict deadlines.

What Will I Do?

  • Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth.
  • Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians.
  • Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting.
  • Spot check crews in the field.
  • Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket amount, closing rate, and monthly truck revenue. 
  • Provide consistent training of product and sales for your field crews.
  • Monitor and control call backs and warranties.
  • Handle recent install recalls and failed inspections.
  • Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction.
