We are seeking an HVAC Install Field Supervisor to join our team! Ideal candidate will have HVAC Installation experience and some technical skills. The HVAC Install Field Supervisor will be performing quality control checks for four crews per day, on site. Candidate will also perform all follow-up inspections on install crews and candidate will perform all first-year warranty work. Candidate will report daily to Installation Manager and assist in training install crews to highest standards. Candidate MUST have excellent driving record.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough examinations of all materials and finished products
  • Conduct and report internal audits and evaluations
  • Implement and improve quality control operating procedures
  • Identify and troubleshoot equipment problems and defects
  • Participate in routine visual inspections
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in HVAC Installation
  • Experience mentoring employees
  • Experience running HVAC Installation jobs
  • Strong attention to detail
