Residential HVAC Field Installation Supervisor / Sales
Blair's Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential HVAC Field Installation Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our residential installations. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating installation teams, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and driving project profitability.
The Field Supervisor serves as a key liaison between sales, dispatch, warehouse, and field personnel to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to company standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven background in residential HVAC operations.
In addition to managing installation activities, this position will be responsible for meeting with homeowners, evaluating replacement opportunities, and preparing estimates for new HVAC system installations. Qualified leads will be provided, making prior HVAC sales and estimating experience highly desirable. 8% Commission on sales of new systems.
