The Opportunity
We’re hiring an HVAC Field Supervisor to lead our service department while remaining hands-on in the field. This is a true player-coach role—you’ll set the standard by producing revenue, supporting your team on complex calls, and driving performance across the department.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform HVAC service calls and system sales while maintaining strong individual performance (revenue, average ticket, close rate)
  • Lead, coach, and mentor HVAC Service Technicians through ride-alongs, training, and ongoing development
  • Own and drive department KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, productivity, and average ticket
  • Conduct weekly KPI reviews and support quarterly/annual performance evaluations
  • Act as the primary liaison between the HVAC Service team and General Manager
  • Support technicians in the field with troubleshooting, pricing, estimating, and sales strategy
  • Oversee daily scheduling, dispatch coordination, and technician assignments to maximize efficiency
  • Resolve customer escalations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Review work orders and documentation for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain ServiceTitan integrity, including pricebook accuracy and proper job documentation
  • Contribute to inventory planning, purchasing decisions, and job costing accuracy

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of HVAC service experience
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a service environment
  • Strong diagnostic and technical HVAC skills
  • Experience with system sales and customer-facing service
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan (preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with a results-driven mindset
