Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • THIS JOB REQUIRES ON SITE VISIT
  • Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
  • Sales Trainingย 
  • Labor Resource Supervision
  • Tracking Work Completed
  • Control of Labor Efficiency
  • Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians
  • Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
  • Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenueย 
  • Provide a constantย flow of product and sales training
  • Promote lead generation
  • Monitor and controlย call backs and warranties
  • Handle all escalated customer concernsย by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction
Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

ย 
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum Five (5) years' experience servicing or installing residential heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment.
  • 3+ Years of Experience managing an HVAC Service Team of at least 5 Technicians
  • An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems.
  • Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
  • Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlinesย
