Job description

A leading national building materials distributor is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join its growing team. The company is known for its strong culture, long-tenured employees, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for supporting customers, generating sales, processing orders, and building strong relationships with contractors, builders, and other customers. This role works closely with operations and outside sales teams to ensure excellent service and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Process quotes, orders, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinate with operations and delivery teams to ensure accurate and timely service
  • Support outside sales efforts and identify sales opportunities
