Position Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Annandale, VA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping customers find solutions, and developing their sales skills in a supportive environment. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or the printing industry is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement.
  • Generate and follow up on sales leads and quote requests.
  • Prepare quotes and process sales orders accurately.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer orders are completed on time.
  • Maintain customer information and sales activity records.
