About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Representative to join our growing team. This is an outside sales position, responsible for driving community outreach, implementing effective marketing strategies, and building strong relationships with referral sources to grow our client base. Ability to make 10-15 in-person connections per day with various referral partners in Your Territory and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Amada’s in-home care services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources (e.g., hospitals, senior centers, physicians, case managers, and community organizations).
  • Represent Amada Senior Care at community events, health fairs, and networking groups.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Collaborate with the internal care coordination team to ensure a seamless client onboarding process.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools such as social media, SEO, and email campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
  • Maintain accurate records and prospect data in the CRM system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Reports To: Designated Supervisor / Leadership

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.

· 2–5 years of sales, business development, or healthcare marketing experience.

· Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

· Ability to work independently and achieve sales goals.

· Knowledge of senior care, home healthcare, or healthcare services is preferred.

· Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
