VIP staffing is Immediately hiring a Inside Sales person for a great company in Rio Rancho, NM
This is a Full Time Temp to hire position with a Monday-Friday 8am-5pm schedule
Pay for this position is $28.85 per hour
1 day work from home
As an Inside Sales person you will:
  • interact with agents to provide information in response to inquiries about products, purchase orders, services, and handle and resolve their questions.
  • Respond to agent inquiries in a timely manner. Entering purchase orders and manage projects
  • Develop project quotations based upon project requests.
  • Manage agents requests regarding quotations and specification reviews, making independent choices to interpret their needs by making decisions free from immediate supervision through use of experience and product knowledge. Ability to make recommendations for solutions to agents in an advisory Role

Inside Sales candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education is a plus but not required
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service industry
  • Sales and Marketing- knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems
  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Expert communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own and in a team.
