What are some common challenges faced by professionals in an inserting role within a production or mailroom environment?

Professionals working in inserting roles, such as in mailrooms or print production facilities, often face challenges related to maintaining accuracy and speed under tight deadlines. Handling high volumes of mail or materials requires attention to detail to prevent errors like misfeeds or incorrect insertions.
