Job description

Our client, a leading technology and finance innovation organization, is seeking a Program Manager - Frontier Finance Innovation to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of the Frontier Finance Innovation team supporting Finance stakeholders, engineering teams, and innovation program leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Program Manager - Frontier Finance Innovation

Location: Redmond, WA - Onsite

Type: Contract

What’s the Job?

  • Manage Frontier Finance Gallery operations, including submission intake, review, publication, and adoption reporting.
  • Support Frontier Finance Hub initiatives through requirements gathering, testing, user acceptance validation, and change management activities.
  • Execute and validate data migration efforts supporting the transition from SharePoint to a custom web application.
  • Create and maintain communications, training materials, documentation, and stakeholder engagement plans.
  • Develop lightweight prototypes using AI tools and support innovation-focused initiatives across finance organizations.

 

What’s Needed?

  • 8-10 years of project/program management experience driving initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Experience building solutions, administering business tools, and working with platforms such as SharePoint, Power Platform, or similar technologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, requirements gathering, requirements traceability, and process mapping experience.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, user acceptance testing (UAT), change management, data validation, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, general engineering fundamentals, and the ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
