Job description

As our IT Infrastructure & Endpoint Manager, you'll lead the team responsible for delivering that experience. Your work ensures our employees can confidently serve our members, stay productive, and operate in a secure, well-managed technical environment.
What You'll Do (Your Impact)
  • Provide leadership that fosters engagement, professional growth, retention, and a culture of recognition within the Infrastructure & Endpoint Delivery team.
  • Deliver a consistent, secure, automation-first endpoint experience, including build processes, security patching, software deployment, and configuration management.
  • Maintain strict and measurable adherence to patching and control standards across all endpoints, networks, and network-connected devices.
  • Develop strategies for optimizing data center operations, including hardware footprint reduction, licensing efficiencies, and migration toward cloud and container-based services.
  • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across IT, marketing, and member-facing departments, ensuring communication, alignment, and shared success.
  • Drive continuous technological improvement by assessing systems, processes, and emerging tools to advance the credit union's endpoint ecosystem.
  • Reduce technology friction for employees by aligning endpoint strategies with organizational and departmental goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and quality assurance expectations.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in an Information Technology-related field.
  • Seven or more years of software development or technical experience, including at least three years in a leadership role; equivalent combinations of education and experience considered.
  • Strong technical foundation with expertise in relevant technologies, programming languages, and endpoint management principles.
  • Demonstrated success leading technical teams and managing complex technical projects from concept to completion.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people-management skills.
  • Ability to balance strategy, engineering, and operations within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM platforms and methodologies.
  • Understanding of data security practices and industry-standard security procedures.
  • Familiarity with Azure, Active Directory, and managing both cloud and on-premises environments.
