Major purpose:
  • Looking for an experienced Collaboration Infrastructure Engineer to develop business solutions leveraging our collaboration environment. Infrastructure Engineers ensure that the IT infrastructure is sufficiently robust, scalable, and efficient to deliver collaborations solutions to the business. They build, test, implement, configure, tune and support the IT infrastructure in the cloud and on-premise, to include the server platforms, storage systems, middleware infrastructure, network and client technologies. Infrastructure engineers love to solve difficult problems and embrace curiosity in the pursuit to exceed customer expectations. They pursue the physical design, implementation, and support of collaboration solutions leveraging a multiplatform environment. Solutions are designed and built with the customer in mind.

Major responsibilities and duties:
  • Azure architecture, deployment and support, New O365 tenant creation and configuration.
  • Azure AD Connect/AD FS experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Implementation of advanced functions of Office 365 Security and Compliance center.
  • Analyze and develop innovative resolutions for complex problems involving high availability and/or performance at the system level.
  • Build, Configure, and Maintain Hybrid IT systems: assists with installation, configuration, and maintenance of systems. Assists with integrating services across cloud and data center. Assists in the prioritization of requirements and matching of resources with requirements.
  • Automation: Leverages established frameworks for automation and CI/CD, and contributes improvements.
  • Scripting: creates and maintains scripts to automate repetitive tasks and support automated workflows using PowerShell.
  • Infrastructure standards and practices: assists in writing and researching standards and practices for infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitoring: assists in monitoring infrastructure to troubleshoot issues and ensure SLAs are being met.
  • Documentation: assist in documenting new or modified infrastructure solutions for operational support.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency with the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365.
  • Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, configuration, and support of core O365 services, including (but not limited to):
  1. Teams
  2. OneDrive
  3. Exchange Online
  4. SharePoint Online
  5. Power Platform
  6. Strong experience in deployment of Security and compliance solution
  • Flexibility to continuous learn, adapt, and excel to new and innovate collaboration solutions to meet the needs of the business.
  • Ability to work in a team environment; strong interpersonal skills and adaptability are a must.
  • 3-6 years in related field
  • 5+ years IT industry experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in multiple IT disciplines
  • Strong Communication capabilities
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong grasp of automation tools and DevOps concept
