Environmental Resources Management, Inc.
Tampa, FL
ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, Digital Consulting to join our team in Tampa, FL. This is an excellent career opportunity to evaluate Environmental, Healthy, and Safety (EHS) Product Stewardship (PS) software systems and consult with clients regarding system requirements and system selection.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide advice on different EHS PS software systems in response to specific data, organizational and operational requirements;
  • Consult and interact with clients to gather requirements and gain full understanding of business scenarios in order to develop appropriate system proposals;
  • Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution;
  • Provide support and enhancement to SAP (Systems, Applications, & Products) platforms and solutions;
  • Identify and deliver solutions and integration services for SAP EHS PS functional areas;
  • Implement requested enhancements with appropriate testing, change management and communication processes;
  • Meet with clients to gather and document effective business requirements and translate requirements into blueprints and other system design documents;
  • Facilitate management of change issues with the adoption of new information systems;
  • Implement EHS PS software systems solutions for clients by assisting with SAP system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements; and
  • Support consultant teams that develop environmental solutions with drafting system design documents and technical specifications.
  • Hybrid Work Schedule.
  • Approximately 30% domestic and international travel to unanticipated client sites required.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Data Management, Chemistry, Chemical or Environmental Engineering or a related field;
  • 5 years of experience as an SAP EHS Consultant or related occupation;
  • Experience with Global product compliance regulations (i.e. EU REACH, UK REACH, TR-REACH);
  • Experience providing consulting around SAP EHS/EHSM business process and system architecture;
  • Experience designing and building SAP EHS solutions and performing maintenance;
  • Experience handling ASAP SAP EH&S projects;
  • Experience with SDS authoring digital solutions around regulations (i.e. GHS, OSHA, REACH);
  • Experience creating test scripts and driving integration and regression testing;
  • Experience supporting EHS regulatory content updates (SAP, 3E (f/k/a Verisk)); and
  • Experience providing support and training for SAP EHS modules to business users.
