Super Vacuum Manufacturing Company is a locally owned family business that manufactures fire equipment and emergency vehicles to help communities save lives.

We are looking for an energetic, self-starting IT professional to assist in covering all our divisions.


Responsibilities:

  • Server room, End User, and other tech equipment updates, installations, and troubleshooting
  • System Administration
  • Remote assistance for off-site employees
  • Knowledge of ERP Software (Syteline and Acumatica) and SQL Server
  • Work with all employees to expand their knowledge of computer systems
  • Help with computer security and keep current in all electronic security issues
  • Performs other assignments under the direction of the Supervisor or Manager
  • Amount of time spent doing IT and ERP administration tasks 50/50
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A degree in Computer Science/Information Systems Management is preferred but not required
  • Proficient experience and training in hardware and software installations, updating systems, and troubleshooting techniques are required.
  • Customer Service experience of 1+ year is desired
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be well organized
  • Knowledge of software like AutoDesk, MacOS, Azure, SharePoint, Zoom Phone, SQL, Syteline, CRM, NinjaRMM, ERP programs is a plus.
  • Team player
  • Ability to interact with all levels of management and employees
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug test
