INFINITI of Charlotte is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internal Service Writer to support our fast-paced service department. This position plays a critical role in maintaining communication between technicians, advisors, parts, and management to help ensure efficient workflow and timely vehicle repairs.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a team environment, communicates effectively, and can help keep the shop operating at a high level.


Responsibilities
  • Open and manage internal repair orders

  • Dispatch work efficiently to technicians

  • Maintain used car efficiency through shop

  • Monitor shop progress and communicate updates to advisors and management

  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely parts availability

  • Maintain accurate documentation and repair order notes

  • Assist with warranty and internal vehicle processing

  • Help improve shop flow and technician productivity

  • Support quality control and vehicle status tracking

  • Ensure repairs are completed in a timely and organized manner


Qualifications
  • Previous automotive service experience preferred

  • Service advisor experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • CDK experience preferred but not required
