Schedule: Full time days | Monday through Friday

  • Lead the Infection Prevention Strategy: Drive the overall vision, goals, and day-to-day execution of our infection prevention program to create the safest possible environment for our patients, visitors, and clinical staff.

  • Ensure Regulatory Excellence: Establish and maintain robust infection control policies that ensure continuous compliance with all accreditation and regulatory standards, keeping our facility at the forefront of quality care.

  • Build and Empower High-Performing Teams: Direct the hiring, mentorship, and ongoing professional development of your department staff, fostering a supportive culture centered on clinical excellence and team growth.

  • Champion Financial and Operational Success: Manage operating and capital budgets, aligning department resources to hit financial targets while continuously funding key patient-safety initiatives.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification specializing in Infection Control credentialed from the Certification Board of Infection Control and Epidemiology, Inc. (CBIC) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

  • Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.
