This opportunity is available in our Southcentral region, and will oversee the full lifecycle of SC industrial development projects. Reports to EVP, Industrial Development.**Some things you can expect to do:*** Identify and source speculative & build to suit industrial development projects for the region and maintain robust investment pipeline.* Manage multiple in-process and planned projects and various stages of the development lifecycle.* Lead industrial development opportunities for the SC region and grow and mentor team members.* Conduct in depth market analysis to assess market trends, target submarkets, and trends in industrial real estate.
