Independent Sales Advisor $95,000 - $105,000


Are you a proactive and energetic sales professional eager to showcase your exceptional sales skills? Our next Independent Sales Manager needs to understand the local market and trends to develop creative strategies that drive sales. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can devise innovative ways to exceed sales targets.

We need a confident salesperson with excellent communication skills to maintain ongoing relationships with key clients while also prospecting for new customers through solicitation and networking. Apply now if this sounds like a great opportunity to advance your sales career!

Compensation:

$85,000 - $105,000


Responsibilities:
  • Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
  • Encourage the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and profit margins monthly, quarterly, and annually
  • Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
  • Seek out new business opportunities to expand clientele
  • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
  • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Solicit new accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets through sales calls and networking in the local community

Qualifications:
  • Must have previous sales experience working in the hospitality industry
  • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field a plus
  • Understands how to communicate, negotiate, and network effectively
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Stays organized and manage time well
  • Hunger to succeed and willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic
  • Laptop and cell phone required
  • Strong communication skills and the desire to truly help others
