Litchfield Wellness Magazine | Commission-Based Opportunity


Litchfield Wellness is seeking energetic, well-connected Independent Advertising & Business Development Representatives to help grow our advertising partnerships throughout Litchfield County and the surrounding region.

Our magazine is a premium wellness publication connecting readers with the exceptional businesses, practitioners, experiences, and ideas shaping the local wellness community. With a growing print and digital audience, we are looking for entrepreneurial sales professionals who can help us build strong relationships with local businesses and brands.


The Opportunity


This is an independent, commission-only position with the opportunity to earn up to 20% commission on advertising sales.

You will identify prospective advertisers, introduce them to Litchfield Wellness, develop relationships, and sell advertising and partnership opportunities across our growing media platform.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has strong relationships within the local business community and enjoys connecting people, building partnerships, and creating opportunities.


Compensation


Our tiered commission structure rewards performance:

  • $0–$2,499 in monthly collected sales: 7%
  • $2,500–$4,999: 10%
  • $5,000–$7,499: 13%
  • $7,500–$9,999: 16%
  • $10,000+: 20%

There is no cap on earnings.

Commissions are paid on advertising revenue collected from clients.

Existing relationships with local businesses are a major plus.
