About the Role
Orchard Title is hiring a full-time RON (Remote Online Notarization) Notary Specialist for a high-volume signing operation.The majority of your work will be HELOC loan closings, with exposure to other package types as our signing volume grows. The ideal candidate is a certified, experienced RON notary who is comfortable with a fast-paced, high-volume day and takes pride in catching errors before they become funding delays. This is a full time role that will report into the Title Operations Lead.
What You'll Do Here:
  • Conduct RON closings, primarily HELOC loan package, along with other real estate and loan package types as assigned
  • Verify signer identity and review packages for completeness before/during signing
  • Review each package for completeness before and during signing - catch missing fields, incorrect entries, or missing signers before they become a re-sign
  • Maintain a consistent, high daily signing pace
  • Escalate unresolved package issues per procedure
  • Complete package-specific training

  • Active RON certification, notary in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience closing loan signings, ideally HELOC or other residential mortgage products

The pay range for this position is$50,000/year base salary. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), flexible PTO, paid family and medical leave, HSA/FSA and commuter tax savings, an Employee Assistance Program, and Equity Share Program eligibility.
