Inclusion Managers also provide guidance on accessibility, support staff training, and address barriers that may prevent full participation. An Inclusion Manager often works closely with HR, leadership teams, and employee resource groups to develop and implement inclusion strategies across the organization. This collaboration might involve conducting training sessions, reviewing hiring practices, and advising on inclusive policies.
