About the Role

While we support hybrid remote work, this job requires you to be onsite at our Franklin, TN location to perform the essential functions of the job.

Responsible for providing administrative support to management and/or a function.

What You Will Do
  • Manage calendars, make travel arrangements, support leadership leverage Microsoft suite of applications
  • Respond to incoming requests and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
  • Administrative support may include scanning, faxing, copying and filing/storing documents
  • Provides analytical and administrative support to relieve manager or team of administrative duties
  • Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks
  • Analyzes issues, determines approach and prepares report/recommendation.
  • Interacts with other employees at all levels to gather information and coordinate activities between departments and outside parties
  • Coordinates on-site for executives. Leads or co-leads major executive events, such as leadership summits, town halls, offsites, or board-prep cycles—ensuring high-quality logistics, communication, and deliverables.
  • May have office management responsibilities for a site. Oversees day-to-day office operations, including space planning, supply management, vendor coordination, and administrative compliance—to create a smooth, well-run environment for associates and leaders.
  • Other duties as assigned
What You Will Need
  • Typically requires a minimum of two years of related experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft applications & expense management system (Concur) required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Organizing
  • Communication (written & verbal)
  • Priority setting

Salary range: $21 hourly – $33.50 hourly

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive opportunity.
