Shift(s):
Non-rotating 2-2-3 schedule, 6:30am to 6:00pm
Pay:
Base rate of $22.00/hour, plus a $2.00/hour shift premium. On top of that, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential!
How Your Role Fits In
WOW Logistics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person for this leadership position. The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the coordination and daily performance of the DC and reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Lead position is considered a safety-sensitive position.
What you'll do:
  • Direct and assign hourly employee's daily tasks
  • Provide feedback to supervision about employee behaviors to develop their attitude, work ethic, process and skills
  • Participate in the training of new or less experienced warehouse employees, as requested, and inform management of his/her progress
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, inventory transactions and outbound shipping functions
  • Report damage to racks and other warehouse equipment to management
  • Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assist office personnel, including checking in/out drivers, inventory checks, BOL's, Appointment calendar, and all other office duties as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required - we'll provide the training you need!
