Position Overview:

We are seeking a Hostess to help create a memorable and exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming and assisting patrons, managing reservations, and optimizing seating arrangements.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist guests in a warm and professional manner
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of the dining room table numbers and their assigned locations
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Lead guests with reservations to assigned dining and bar areas
  • Manage reservations and available seating options
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Assist in helping clear and set tables when time permits
  • Communicate and collaborate with busboys to ensure quick and efficient service

Requirements:
