Job description

We are looking for Full Time Cargo Office Agents to join our team! $19.10-$21.00 with Industry Applicable Experience! Direct hire!

IMPORT SHIFTS: 7AM-3:30PM

EXPORT SHIFTS: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM AND 2:00 PM-10:30PM

PENDING ATTENDENCE AND PERFORMANCE

MON through Sunday 24-HOUR Operation

Export Agent Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory of products; restock as needed
  • Work with and accept cargo freight shipments from truck drivers.
  • Inspect cargo for damages; report as needed
  • Maintain a clean and orderly office environment
  • Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
  • Manifesting cargo shipments for domestic and international flights.

Warehouse Associate Skills and Qualifications:

  • Must be organized.
  • Must be customer service minded.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 30-50lbs and on occasion 70lbs with some assistance.
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Valid Driver’s License highly preferred but not required.
  • Work experience in a warehouse setting preferred.
  • Good working knowledge of warehouse data systems
  • Solid communication skills and inventory skills
  • Prior knowledge of dangerous goods shipments preferred but not required
  • Must be able to pass a background check with U.S. Customs and Immigration.
