International Import/Export Coordinator

Location: Orlando, FL 32837

Pay: $19.00–$24.00 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented International Import/Export Coordinator to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating international shipments, preparing import/export documentation, and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs and international trade regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate domestic and international import and export shipments.
  • Prepare and process shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Track shipments and resolve transportation or documentation issues.
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and update internal systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure shipment readiness.
  • Review freight invoices and shipping costs for accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while managing shipment updates and inquiries.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in international import/export, logistics, or supply chain coordination preferred.
  • Knowledge of import/export documentation and shipping procedures.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Customs regulations and international shipping requirements is a plus.
