Job Description Experience: Mid Level Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities
  • Shipment Delivery on time per customer's request.
  • Coordinate full-cycle of ocean and air import shipments from origin country to final destinations
  • Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments
  • Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system
Qualifications
  • Experience in ocean or air import operations or international freight forwarding preferred
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
