Mill Wright Logistics is a freight forwarder and transloading warehouse in Hillside NJ specializing in ocean OOG and vehicle shipments. Mill Wright proudly provides exceptional customer service through efficiency, organization, and transparency. We are seeking individuals who value these qualities to join our team.
Position Responsibilities 
  • Provide appointments to customers delivering to Mill Wright
  • Enter Delivery Order information and Booking details into our system
  • Track containers and update system
  • Provide customers status updates
  • Export Documentation (AES, Bookings, Shipping Instructions)
  • Communicate customer expectations to dispatch and operation team to provide exceptional customer service
