Falcone Global Solutions, LLC, an operating division of Falcone Capital Holdings, LLC, is an award-winning leader in international transportation, logistics, and freight forwarding. We are currently seeking an experienced International Import & Export Specialist to join our team at our state-of-the-art Innovation Center in Center City Philadelphia, PA.

At Falcone Global Solutions, our mission is to deliver unique end-to-end global supply chain services with a focus on efficiency, precision, and seamless in-house coordination. We redefine the traditional 3PL relationship by managing our customersโ€™ needs from sourcing through final delivery.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the international transportation and logistics industry, along with crossover exposure to sales and finance functions. This role requires a highly organized professional with strong analytical abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate international and domestic air, ocean, and ground freight across the USA, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, India, Australia, and Central and South America with exceptional precision and accuracy
  • Experience with International Export Documentation and Process including AES filing
  • Collaborate with AP, AR, and Operations teams from partner companies worldwide
  • Maintain accurate shipment and vessel schedule data in Falcone Axis/Cargowise Module
  • Support additional operational duties and assignments as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited university required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in international transportation and logistics
  • Minimum of 5 years experience utilizing Cargowise/WiseTech Global Applications
  • Experience working across sales and finance-related functions preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and the ability to learn ERP systems quickly
  • Ability to adapt to and work respectfully with diverse international cultures and business practices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to complete work accurately and efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • High ethical and professional standards
