Job description

Summary: The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the execution of high-quality and timely client projects. The Implementation Specialist will bring all projects assigned through the lifecycle with a focus on speed, quality, and client satisfaction at the helm and will have a comprehensive understanding of Onbe's product suite and a passion for setting clients up for success. This role will collaborate across departments to drive process improvement and best practices that position Onbe as a leader in the industry. 

This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

Responsibilities: 
   Manage cross-functional activities that support low/mid-level scale implementations; deliver programs accurately, and within agreed-upon timelines. 
   Serve as single point of contact for all change orders, escalations on existing client program base. 
   Execute effective implementation methodology and customize project plans based on internal processes, configuration requirements, and client needs. 
   Coordinate project deliverables among internal teams ensuring adherence to defined service level agreements. 
   Maintain accurate project status to achieve deliverables and keep task owners apprised on next steps. 
   Escalate barriers to project success, partnering closely with Client Support[A(1] and Leadership to action and resolve issues quickly. 
   Configure and test internal systems to verify all program requirements have been fulfilled. 
   Adhere to all Risk and Compliance policies and procedures. 
Qualifications: 
   Bachelor's degree 
   2+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding role using proven implementation or project management methodologies. 
   Preferred experience in implementing and managing projects across multiple platforms 
   Excellent business writing and communication skills 
   Knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
   Familiarity with the payment industry ecosystem preferred but not required 

The base salary range for this position is between $59,580 to $66,150 with eligibility for an annual bonus. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand.
