Job Overview

Greenstone Systems is looking for an experienced, self-driven Implementation Specialist to join our team! As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring new and existing implementations, training customers in the effective use of the software, and consulting with clients on system changes. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementations, a passion for the Agricultural industry, and a good understand of accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with customers to perform an initial assessment, discuss goals, and strategize methods for system implementation
  • Ensure effective hand-off from Sales, clearly understanding the customer’s value proposition
  • Execute implementation tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure effective hand-off to Support, to ensure customer’s configuration and key businesses processes are documented
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate implementation timelines — including using AI to draft business process documentation, suggest data migration mappings, or create first‑draft training materials for customer review.
  • Document system data flow and mapping
  • Perform customer data conversions including documentation and testing
  • Seek understanding of complex issues and take the necessary steps to solve the problem in a timely manner
  • Communicating new opportunities to Sales
  • Help customers understand and adopt AI-powered features within Greenstone's platform, translating technical capabilities into practical business value for ag operations.
  • Identify and communicate any project risks in a timely manner to the project manager

Required Education

Bachelor’s degree in a Business/Management, Accounting, or another technical discipline.

Required Experience
  • Agricultural Background
  • Good understanding of accounting principles
  • Demonstrated experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to accelerate implementation tasks such as drafting documentation, summarizing customer requirements, or generating training materials.
  • Basic prompt engineering skills: knowing how to get useful, accurate outputs from AI tools and how to critically review them before sharing with clients
Preferred Experience
  • AGRIS Software Knowledge
  • 3+ years in an Implementation Role for an ERP Software
  • Hands‑on use of AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to produce work outputs such as process documentation, data mapping drafts, or training content
  • Familiarity with AI features found in modern ERP platforms — such as predictive analytics, automated reconciliation, or AI‑assisted reporting — and the ability to explain their value to non-technical customers
