What does a dental software implementation specialist do?

A Dental Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting dental practice management software in dental offices. They work closely with dental teams to ensure a smooth transition to new software systems, provide training to staff, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise during or after implementation. Their goal is to optimize the workflow of dental practices by ensuring the software is tailored to meet the specific needs of the office.
