Overview

HR Acuity is seeking a Client-Facing Implementation Manager to lead the onboarding and implementation of the HR Acuity suite of solutions for our external clients. As an Implementation Manager on our Professional Services team,you'llown the end-to-end deployment of our platform for enterprise clients, working directly with Senior HR and IT leaders to dive adoption, business outcomes, and best in class customer experience. 

This is a high-impact, client-facing role built for implementation professionals who thrive on complexity leading user workshops and guiding organizations through real change management. You won't be managing a help desk queue ormaintainingaccount health scores.You'llbe the expert who makes the platform work for clients at scale, then hands off a fully adopted solution. 

Ifyou'vedelivered complex SaaS implementations in HR Tech or a relaed enterprise domain and you're energized by being the most knowledge person in the room when it comes to your product, this role was created for you.

Pacific Standard Time is preferred.

This role is intended for external-facing implementation professionals, not implementation project managers focused on internal systems or operations.

What This Role Is: 

  • An Implementation Leader that will drive the full client (external) implementation and adoption process-including kick-off meetings, workshops, and trainings
  • A client-facing implementation specialist with expertise for a SaaS product
  • A facilitator who can lead training sessions, presentations, and provide resources to empower users to maximize platform utilization

What This Role Isn't:

  • A Technical Support Agent - An Implementation Manager may understand technical aspects of a solution, but they don't provide ongoing troubleshooting or help desk support
  • A Customer Success Manager - An Implementation Manager owns the implementation, not the management of the customers' account 
  • An an internal IT project manager or internal systems implementation role
  • An Implementation Project Manager who focused solely on managing timelines and milestones - it requires leading client-facing activities like kickoff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

The Opportunity
  • Drive End-to-End Client Implementations- Own the full implementation lifecycle for enterprise clients, from kickoff through adoption, including platform configuration, HRIS and SSO integrations, workflow design, and end-user training. You are the primary delivery authority on every engagement. 
  • Lead Executive-Level Engagements- Facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and executive readouts with Senior HR and IT leaders. Translate complex organizational requirements into scalable platform configurations. 
  • Architect the Path to Value- Design implementation plans that balance client complexity with speed-to-adoption.Identifyrisks early, make scope decisions confidently, and drive clients toward measurable outcomes, not just go-live. 
  • GuideChangeManagement and Adoption- Act as a strategic advisor on businessprocessredesign and organizational change. Help clients move from legacy practices tooptimizedworkflows on the HR Acuity platform, ensuring adoption sticks beyond launch. 
  • Manage a Portfolio of Concurrent Engagements- Run multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously,maintainingmomentum across workstreams and holding clients and internal teams accountable to milestones without losing quality. 
  • Partner Internally to Deliver for Clients- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to surface client feedback, resolve escalations, and ensure post-implementation continuity. You know your clients well enough torepresenttheir needs across the organization.
Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of client-facing SaaS implementation experience; HR Tech experiencestronglypreferred. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise-level implementations with multiple concurrent stakeholders across HR and IT. 
  • Track recordof driving organizational change and platform adoption, not just go-live delivery. 
  • Experiencefacilitatingworkshops, discovery sessions, and training for all audiences. 

Skills

  • Deep organizational and project management ability, comfortable holdingclientsand internal teams accountable across complex, multi-workstream engagements. 
  • Strong executive communication and presentation skills; equally effective in a C-suite readout and a hands-on configuration session. 
  • Technically fluent in SaaS platforms, able to configure, troubleshoot, and guide integrations (HRIS, SSO, APIs) without relying on engineering support for routine tasks. 
  • Self-directed with the judgment to escalate when needed and solve when not. 
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator, experienced working alongside Product, Engineering, and Customer Success torepresentclient needs internally.

Compensation: The pay range for this position is expected to be between $85,000 and $125,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
