As an Implementation Manager, you will own the end-to-end implementation experience for banks and credit unions, guiding them from kickoff through successful launch and measurable time to value.
You will become a subject matter expert across the MANTL product suite and serve as a trusted advisor to client executives, project leads, and operational stakeholders. Each client has unique functional, technical, and operational requirements. You will provide strategic guidance, manage complexity, and ensure alignment across teams to deliver a successful implementation.

You will:
  • Lead enterprise implementations from kickoff through launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to client goals

  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies

  • Drive accountability across internal and external stakeholders to maintain project momentum

  • Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, and delivery partners to streamline execution and enhance the client experience

  • Translate technical requirements into clear, actionable guidance for diverse technical and non-technical audiences

  • Identify and proactively mitigate implementation risks, escalating appropriately when needed

  • Ensure a smooth transition to post-launch support and long-term account ownership

  • Continuously evaluate and improve implementation processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction

In the first 6-12 months, a successful Implementation Manager will:

We're Looking For
  • 3+ years in a client-facing delivery, implementation, or technical project management role

  • Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions

  • Experience in fintech, banking, or other regulated financial services

  • Experience partnering with technical teams (engineering, product, integrations)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the bank or credit union deposit account opening and loans origination processes

  • Prior experience as a Technical Project Manager, Engagement Manager, or similar delivery-focused role

  • Familiarity with Monday.com, JIRA, or similar project management tools

  • Experience working with enterprise financial institutions

  • Technical aptitude with an understanding of web applications (JSON, XML) and APIs (REST, SOAP)

The salary range for this position is: $112,000 - $120,000Cool Things to Know
