What You'll Do

  • Lead software implementation projects from kickoff through launch
  • Build trusted relationships with clients
  • Own project plans, budgets, scope, risks, and timelines
  • Lead cross functional teams and remove roadblocks
  • Navigate tough conversations and competing priorities
  • Keep clients and internal teams informed and aligned
  • Help us continuously improve how we deliver projects

  • Strong project ownership and a track record of delivering results
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable working with both clients and technical teams
  • Able to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable making decisions

Experience with government agencies, environmental software, Agile, Jira, or a PMP is a plus.

Why Windsor?

Meaningful work. Smart people. Real autonomy. Complex problems worth solving.

If you want to lead work that matters and have a real voice in how it gets done, we'd love to talk.
