This is a remote position.

Paradigm is searching for an Associate Project Manager to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The Associate Project Manager (APM) is responsible executing all tasks related to the distribution process of settlement funds and partnering with representatives. This role ensures that documentation, authorizations, payment details, and firm provided materials are accurate, complete, and processed efficiently to maintain compliance and timely fund distribution. The APM member in this role will collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Claims Operations, Data Services, Disbursements, and Finance, serving as a primary liaison between these internal teams.

Pay: $30 - $32 an hour

As an Associate Project Manager you will:
  • Work closely with case managers to clarify requirements, obtain outstanding documentation, and ensure all data and materials are complete and accurate
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and ensure complete compliance with settlement trust documentation and eligibility requirements
  • Coordinate with the Disbursements team to confirm all files are complete before payment initiation
  • Track payment statuses, verify banking or check information, and assist in resolving discrepancies
  • Partner with the Project Manager to maintain alignment
  • Collaborate with Claims Operations, Data Services, and Finance to ensure deliverables are met at high quality and all teams remain informed of upcoming distributions and outstanding items
  • Prepare internal reports on readiness, documentation completeness to identify trends and recurring issues
  • Maintain accurate logs and audit ready records, supporting overall compliance
  • Provide a high quality experience through professionalism, consistency, and strong attention to detail

Requirements
Our skills and experience wish list includes:
  • 1โ€“3 years of paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in mass tort, claimant-based work, or settlement distribution processes
  • Paralegal certificate preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracy under fast paced conditions

  • Experience working directly with law firms or claimants is strongly preferred
