JOB SUMMARY
Salary range: $105,000 - $130,000 annually.
Work location: Hybrid; Vancouver, WA.
Holland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a focus in implementing corporate service softwares to join our collaborative Project Delivery Services team at our corporate office in downtown Vancouver, WA near Vancouver's vibrant waterfront. The Project Manager is responsible for managing the scope, requirements, schedules, resources, risk, and strategic communication of cross-functional corporate technology projects. A successful individual in this role proactively manages project deadlines and drives projects at a pace that will energize the team, assuring overall project continuity and efficiency in accordance with Holland Partner Group's project delivery standards, strategic vision, and Core Values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Manages cross-functional projects and teams by aligning business objectives with value-add project delivery.
  • Designs and plans project goals based on a solid understanding of Project Management techniques and business technology priorities.
  • Drives results through effective facilitation and clear direction, resulting in timely and effective solutions that are delivered within budget and approved resources.
  • Convenes business stakeholders and external partners to proactively determine project requirements, overall scope, critical milestones, and deliverables.
  • Develops, manages, and maintains source of truth project plans, scope and approach statements, end-to-end schedules, and implementation and technical integration plans using standard project management methodologies and the Microsoft suite of tools.
  • Exercises independent judgement to research, organize, and evaluate data to resolve problems where established procedures and precedents do not exist.
  • Identifies, evaluates, and offers big picture recommendations using tact and diplomacy to resolve disputes, priority misalignment, and determine scalable alternatives based on business technology goals.
  • Provides coaching, feedback, training, and intervention as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Communicates regularly within the Business Technology team and project leadership, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Publishes team status reports to inform stakeholders of key accomplishments, risks, decisions, and overall project progress.
  • Archives and retains project records and documents upon successful attainment of project deliverables.
  • Creates and communicates final project report, solicits feedback from project team members, and measures stakeholder satisfaction upon project completion.
  • Understands and applies knowledge of the project delivery life cycle and organizational change management process.
  • Creates an inclusive and empowering culture for project management teams and Business Technology staff.
  • Represents Holland Partner Group in a professional manner at all times.
  • Performs all other duties as directed and assist the overall team effort.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Services, Business Administration, or related field required. Four (4) years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. PMP or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred.
Experience: Five (5) years' relevant software project management experience required. Previous experience with accounting and/or human resources software implementations strongly preferred, including HCM and construction accounting ERP implementations.
