Job description

Construction Project Manager

Location: GeorgeTown TX Pay Rate: $58/HR

Manage all areas of project management for commercial data center projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Work directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project. This includes the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Interface directly with client to lead client MOP (Method of Procedure) process for scheduling any and all data center construction related activity.

May ensure standard methodologies are followed for design and delivery of critical facility system components and equipment.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process.

Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.

Need someone with mechanical and electrical background. Worked with significant equipment. 8 years of experience- recent experience in mission critical facility. Worked for a construction manager or general contractor. High level communication skills, key stakeholder.

Data center experience would be nice to have. Worked for general contractor. Experience with MVP Mechanical, engineering, plumbing, at least a year as a construction manager, general contractor.

8 years of experience. Bachelor's Degree would be nice. MS Office Suite, MS Project, Excel.
