Altus Consulting is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager/Integrator to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring the efficient utilization of resources, and achieving client satisfaction. Your expertise in managing personnel, technology, and processes will be instrumental in driving successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project teams, including contractors, to ensure timely and successful completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and addressing potential issues proactively.
  • Manage risks and identify mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project goals.
  • Secure and utilize appropriate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, internal teams, and vendors.
  • Communicate project status and progress clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
