Job description

JOB SUMMARY:
Choice Hotels, has an exciting new opportunity as a Regional Manager in the Revenue, Distribution and Commercial Strategy Department. This team is responsible for strategic functions that span across pricing strategy, forecasting, distribution, and operational support focused on driving revenue performance for our hotels. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will drive revenue performance and share growth, strengthen franchisee relationships and enhance operational efficiency by managing market trends, and supporting strategic program and initiative rollouts.
Note: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Own regional revenue results: Deliver RevPAR and RPI growth for the assigned region.
  • Monitor and communicate performance: Produce regular region performance updates highlighting wins, risks, priorities and action plans for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Turn gaps into execution: Diagnose underperformance and build/track targeted improvement plans with clear owners and timelines.
  • Advance strategic initiatives: Launch and manage revenue-driving programs aligned to company commercial goals.
  • Coordinate cross-functional delivery: Align internal partners to remove blockers and execute regional commercial priorities.
  • Strengthen franchisee outcomes and retention: Lead franchisee engagement focused on adoption, satisfaction, and long-term performance.
  • Evolve the ROCS program: Improve ROCS capabilities by refining the model, support structure, processes, and tools.
  • Manage vendor performance: Lead & support teams against property-level KPIs to ensure measurable impact.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment Experience
  • Minimum 5 years hospitality experience as a Revenue Manager or Account Manager and/or Business or Consulting experience focused on revenue analytics.

Technical Skills
  • Extremely strong Excel and data mining/visualization skills required, ideally with Tableau experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, primarily Excel and PowerPoint

Additional Skills & Competencies
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Strong understanding of micro and macro economics
  • Excellent communication, including demonstrated ability to report project analyses and conclusions in written reports and oral presentations.
  • Ability to collaborate within the organization to understand brand and commercial needs.

Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

Salary Range
The salary range for this position is $99,919 - $117,552 . In addition to the annual salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus based on the terms of Choice's Management Incentive Plan (MIP).
