Job description

Brillient is seeking an experienced Records Project Manager to join our team supporting a federal contract in Landover, MD. This is for a proposal effort.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Serve as a contract project manager for a FDA records management program. This role will:

  • Direct and oversee the performance of operations personnel involved in records management, document processing, handling, correspondence, and delivery; document scanning, photocopying, and conversion; document data entry, data analysis, tracking, and stakeholder support; tracking and temporary storage of government records; communication; facilities support; training support; and quality control.

  • Plan, budget, and implement the program's support activities

  • Responsible for ensuring that the work performed is at a level of quality, schedule, and cost that is consistent with the expectations of the customer

  • Ensure that contract deliverables are submitted accurately and on-time.

  • Responsible for overall management of the work management group, making certain that PMP principles and approaches are consistently applied across all activities.

  • Ensure compliance with terms of the contract, task orders, and with government and company policies, standards, and procedures.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction with contract performance, to include timely and accurate contract status reports and deliverables.

  • Ensure effective integration, utilization, and performance of subcontractors.

  • Identify and resolve cross-contract problems and issues.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

  • Maximize the most effective staff resource use and availability.

  • Responsible for project scope definition and planning through delivery of assigned product and related product releases.

  • Support staff career development and training.

  • Assess cost, schedule, and technical performance, implementing change when needed.

  • Define and implement suitable performance measures and quality standards.

  • Present program status and issues to Management on a regular and consistent basis in regular status reporting and status meetings.

  • Interface with and provide technical and financial reports to the Government client.
