Our Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team helps client leaders translate multifaceted risk and an evolving regulatory environment into defensible actions that strengthen, protect, and transform their organizations. Join our team and use advanced data, artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies, along with industry insights, to help clients bring clarity from complexity and accelerate their path to value creation.

Work you'll do

As a Manager, AI Governance on the Enterprise Operations & Risk team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading delivery of Trustworthy AI risk workstreams, including generative AI, agent model validation, and AI regulatory sensing, for Deloitte member firms and external clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry
  • Advising client and internal stakeholders on AI risk management, governance, compliance, and regulatory requirements, including escalation of complex matters to senior leaders when appropriate
  • Developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, controls, and operating procedures that address fairness, transparency, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the AI lifecycle
  • Managing engagement execution, including workplans, stakeholder communications, issue resolution, quality review, and coaching of team members
  • Contributing to market activation through proposals, client materials, industry insights, and knowledge sharing across Trustworthy AI, corporate compliance, and business ethics offerings

  • 6+ years of experience in regulatory risk, compliance, AI governance, model risk, or advisory services
  • Experience in operational compliance, regulatory management, or compliance program transformation
  • Experience developing or implementing governance frameworks, controls, or regulatory compliance processes
  • Experience managing workstreams or project teams across cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Trustworthy AI, AI governance, model validation, or AI regulatory risk management
  • Experience serving clients in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications industry
  • Experience supporting proposals, account planning, or revenue growth activities
  • Experience with operations, compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting, risk management, case management, or data management systems
  • Experience with process design, workflow development, user acceptance testing, data mapping, data migration, or analytics
  • Experience translating regulatory or risk requirements into user stories or product requirements

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $134,500 to $265,100.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
