Location: Washington, D.C (Hybrid)
Job Summary:-
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Project Management Office (PMO) for a large-scale procurement system modernization initiative. The project involves replacing a legacy on-premises procurement system with a modern cloud-based solution.
Required Qualifications:-
  1. Bachelor's degree in Change Management, IT, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 20+ years of overall professional experience.
  3. 16+ years of experience managing change management initiatives with strong written communication skills.
  4. 16+ years of experience using Agile Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and roadmaps.
  5. 16+ years of demonstrated leadership and decision-making experience managing diverse onsite and virtual teams.
  6. Expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences.
  8. Willingness to work onsite four (4) days per week.

Desired Qualifications:-
  1. PMP certification.
  2. 8+ years of experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
