  • The role involves organizing, directing, and controlling the human, material, financial, and technological resources essential to the delivery of one or more medium- to very-large-scale, cross-functional projects.
  • The project manager is responsible for the project plan and acts as the central point of contact for all contributors involved in the project delivery (sponsor, managers, and other contributors), leveraging their planning and coordination skills.

Client is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 8 years of experience managing complex projects, capable of working independently in a high-visibility, multi-project environment. The context is explicitly rooted in Cybersecurity, with a specialization expected in Cryptography or Identification, Knowledge, and Surveillance (ICSA): either of these two areas of expertise is sufficient to qualify the candidate. This is not a generalist project management profile: cybersecurity experience must be recent and demonstrated within a large organization. The role is cross-functional (internal and external contributors, sponsor, steering committee), requiring strong political acumen and influential leadership at all levels.
