Summary

The position of Project Manager has overall accountability for the delivery of a solution from the Pre-Sales phase through to the Close-out of projects. Project annual revenues ranging from $500K to $10M over the life of the contract.  The Project Manager is responsible for the structuring and delivery of moderately complex solutions across Bell Business Markets (BBM) account base, on time, within budget and according to customer contracted requirements.   The project management plans will include a project charter, project plan, communications plan, risk management plan and an implementation schedule. Some financial and business acumen is required.    

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads and coaches the team to achieve the project objectives and follow project deliverables
  • Manages the customer relationship throughout the project delivery 
  • Accountable for all end-to-end project delivery and governance including quality, scope, timeline and budget 
  • Project financial management (costs, revenues, margins, other expenses)
  • Escalates issues and risks to senior management to ensure prompt resolution  
  • Prepares all necessary documentation required according to PMI based methodology  
  • Contribute to the evolution of the project management practice and project management role
Critical Qualifications
  • University Degree, PMP certification or equivalent business experience   
  • Experience in AGILE methodology is an asset   
  • Certification PMP, an asset
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Effective oral and written communication and presentation skills 
  • Effective customer relationship-building skills with the ability to instill confidence in the client
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and risk management skills
  • Resourceful and strong organizational, problem-solving skills  
  • Solid understanding and experience in managing project financials 
  • Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AI and its applications; stays curious, recognizes ethical implications, and uses AI-enabled tools to enhance everyday work 

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
