Job description

  • The candidate must have led complex projects from start to finish (scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, closure) and coordinated the integration of several interdependent workstreams.
  • The ideal candidate is autonomous, drives deliverables without follow-up, and takes initiative in an ambiguous environment.
  • On-site presence 2 days/week is required and non-negotiable.
  • Experience as a program PO (cross-functional backlog, multi-workstream perspective) is an asset but not a selection criterion.


Requirements

Mandate Requirements | Expected Level

  • Project management experience in a complex, highly interdependent program: Required AND Comprehensive: scope, budget, risks, stakeholders, closure
  • On-site presence 2 days/week at the client's premises: Required AND Comprehensive: firm, non-negotiable commitment
  • Direct experience with the client or a comparable modernization program (banking or life insurance): Required OR Sufficient alternative: experience with the client OR a similar program in a comparable financial institution
  • Inter-project coordination and integration management in a matrix environment: Required AND Comprehensive: concrete experience in a multi-project program
  • Sector experience in banking or life insurance: Preferred OR Sufficient alternative: either one
  • Product Owner experience in a program context (cross-functional backlog, multi-project vision): Asset AND Representative: a plus if combined with the CP profile, not a disqualifying factor if absent
  • Proficiency in Jira and Confluence: Asset AND Representative: active use Desired, but not mandatory: SAFe certification or equivalent large-scale agile methodology. An asset OR representative: SAFe Practitioner, RTE, PSPO, or equivalent.
