As a Senior Associate on the HSA Bank Implementation team, you will manage a high volume of employer onboarding projects focused primarily on Health Savings Account (HSA) products as well as some spending account products, including Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Commuter Benefits, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Dependent Care. You will manage new client implementations as well as renewals, while ensuring accurate setup and client satisfaction. In addition, you will guide clients in selecting appropriate enrollment and contribution methods, provide training on these processes, and offer support during the initial data loading phase. This remote-only role requires strong organizational, communication and consultative skills to ensure accurate setup and high client satisfaction.
What you will do
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding for employer HSA and spending account products, including plan setup, configuration validation, and client training.
  • Consult with clients to determine appropriate enrollment and contribution methods based on their organizational needs
  • Deliver virtual training sessions and onboarding materials to employer contacts.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting during the initial data loading of enrollments and contributions.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and project tracking across multiple concurrent implementations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve setup issues and ensure timely and accurate execution.
  • Manage annual renewals for spending account clients.
  • Provide proactive communication and status updates to employer clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure quality and consistency in client interactions through adherence to implementation protocols

Skills and Abilities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

The estimated salary range for this position is $23.00USD to $25.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
