Job description

Job Summary:
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an EU e-Invoicing Implementation Lead with strong expertise in Pagero to lead the design and rollout of compliant e-invoicing solutions across European markets. This role involves end-to-end techno-functional ownership and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver scalable invoicing solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Lead solution design, integration, and deployment of e-invoicing platforms (Pagero/ONESOURCE)
• Pagero + Workday integration experience (Critical)
• Drive end-to-end implementation lifecycle, Requirements gathering, Design, Integration, Testing (SIT/UAT), Cutover & Go-live, Post-implementation stabilization
• Manage system integrations across multiple ERP systems, cloud platforms, middleware, and external invoicing networks
• Ensure compliance with EU e-invoicing regulations (country-specific mandates)
• Define and oversee Integration architecture, Data mapping & transformations, Error handling & monitoring frameworks
• Collaborate with Vendor teams (Pagero / Thomson Reuters), Internal business & technology stakeholders, Security and networking teams
• Ensure data security, reliability, and scalability of invoicing solutions in a cloud environment
Qualifications:
Required:
• 8–10 years of IT / implementation experience
• Proven experience in EU e-invoicing / compliance programs
• Hands-on experience with Pagero / Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE invoicing platform
• End-to-end e-invoicing implementations
• Strong experience in integration design across ERP, middleware, and cloud systems
• Country-specific compliance handling (EU mandates)
• Pagero + Workday integration experience (Critical)
• Strong understanding of Workday and multi-ERP environments
• Experience with Middleware integrations, Data transformation & canonical models
• Knowledge of AWS cloud technologies (S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Experience with Validation & error handling frameworks, Integration monitoring
• Exposure to RFP participation & vendor selection, Integration & connectivity patterns
