Job Summary
ActiveProspect is seeking an Implementation Engineer I to join our growing Customer Experience team. This is both a technical individual contributor and a client-facing role. You'll be expected to have a technical understanding of modern web pages (HTML/JavaScript/CSS) and API integrations to successfully lead customer onboardings. You will be a foundational member of the Customer Experience team, working closely with Sales, Client Success Managers, Support Engineers, and clients. This person will be proficient in using our suite of products to efficiently problem-solve technical questions both pre- and post-sale to, create best practices and implement our ActiveProspect platform for new clients. You will become the "go-to" person for the implementation process and questions about how our products work. This is a demanding role that requires exceptional client relationship management, project management, communication, and technical skills. We are looking for candidates that are truly passionate about helping our clients on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
  • Independently manages multiple customer onboardings at any given time
  • Ensure efficient and timely turnaround of all customer onboardings
  • Collaborate with Client Success Managers to build and achieve success metrics
  • Oversee every phase of the onboarding cycle (Initiate, Analyze, Enable, Deploy, Optimize)
  • Provide insights on everyday workflow of all implementation processes and provide technical support to clients and Client Success Managers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues within a required timeframe and recommend appropriate changes as needed
  • Responsible for successful go-live of client onboardings
  • Review Implementation Plan and client requirements prior to customer facing onboarding kick-off
  • Develops project plans and ensures projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations
  • Conduct client facing product demonstrations and product training
  • Provide assistance in pre-sale scoping of projects or developing a solution
  • Become a subject matter expert of products and services

Qualifications and Skills
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS
  • 3+ years experience in Sales Engineering or Implementation Management
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player who is comfortable working with executive stakeholders and technical teams to negotiate priorities and resolve issues.
  • Ability to read and understand modern web pages at the HTML/JavaScript/CSS level
  • Familiarity with common web protocols (HTTP, FTP)
  • Ability to learn quickly; become an expert with our products and the supporting technology
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail; must be able to think creatively about issues to find a resolution
  • Able to work well with technical and non-technical team members at various levels ranging from clients, sales, support to development
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize competing deliverables
  • Excellent customer service, presentation, and writing skills
  • Experience or proven ability to conduct training of software products
  • Positive, self-starter attitude and desire to exceed client expectations at every opportunity
  • Attention to detail and absolute focus on the quality of work
  • Experience with Salesforce, Monday and Google Workspace are a plus
  • Experience in the lead generation industry is also a plus
