Duration: 12+ Month W2 Contract
Compensation: $38-44 per hour
Overview
Epitec is seeking a Business Operations Analyst Lead to support a high-visibility business transformation project focused on implementing a new Vendor Management System (VMS) and modernizing a contingent workforce program. This role is ideal for someone with strong project coordination, data analysis, and communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
The successful candidate will play a key role in project execution, data migration activities, change management initiatives, training support, and executive communications.
Responsibilities
  • Support project planning, coordination, and execution activities across multiple workstreams
  • Track project milestones, action items, risks, and deliverables
  • Analyze and cleanse workforce data to support migration into a new VMS platform
  • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and project documentation
  • Develop communications, newsletters, announcements, and stakeholder updates
  • Build executive-level PowerPoint presentations and project materials
  • Assist in the development of training guides, FAQs, and end-user documentation
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document system issues and feedback
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and drive follow-up activities
  • Analyze business needs and present recommendations to leadership teams
  • Monitor project outcomes, identify trends, and communicate findings to management
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in complex project management, business operations, or procurement systems administration
  • Previous experience supporting software implementation, migration, or transformation projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
    • VLOOKUPs
    • Pivot Tables
    • Data cleansing and validation
    • Reporting and analysis
  • Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation development skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic project environment
  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders ranging from suppliers to executive leadership
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies
Preferred Qualifications
